MIDDLETOWN, Pa.—MY CU Services, the payment service and technology CUSO of Mid-Atlantic Corporate FCU, plans to purchase Advanced Management Information Systems (AMIS), a credit union IT provider.

Drew Kishbaugh, president and CEO of MY CU Services said that he expects the transition to be smooth due to the companies having previously partnered to support CU clients.
The move, according to Kishbaugh, will broaden MY CU Services' electronic payment and technology solutions offerings to small and mid-sized credit unions. "[The arrangement] aligns well with our efforts to help credit unions by combining resources and purchasing power."
Details of the sale are still pending. AMIS is based in Carnegie, Pa.
