NAFCU Seeking Nominations

NAFCU is accepting entires for its 2005 Annual Awards Competition, Marketing Awards and Grassroots Activism Awards.

Annual awards include FCU of the Year, Professional of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Marketing awards include seven different categories. The deadline for entries is March 14 and winners will be recognized at NAFCU's 38th Annual Conference and Exhibition.

The Grassroots Activism Awards include two categories: the Paul Revere Award and the White Hat Award.The Paul Revere Award is intended for those individuals who "regularly and effectively trumpet the battle cries of the credit union community just as Paul Revere did in his day," NAFCU said. The Paul Revere Award has an extended entry deadline of Aug. 1, 2005. The winner will be recognized at NAFCU's 2005 Congressional Caucus, Sept. 18-21, in Washington, D.C.

The White Hat Award honors the credit union that raises the most individual dollars for NAFCU/PAC.
