It is now easier for employees at branch offices to give more complete information to our members without having to contact our call centers," said NFCU's Dee Kirby. The online version of the Used Car Guide, www.nada.com/b2b, has all nine regions of N.A.D.A. trade-in, loan and retail values for domestic and import cars and light-duty trucks, as well as RVs, boats and more. Historical pricing for up to a year's period may be accessed. Features include VIN processing, optional accessory adjustments, automatic mileage adjustments, appraisal forms and more.
