VIENNA, Va. - (12/17/04) -- Navy FCU said it has introduced anew checking account for members whose regular Sharechekaccount hasbeen closed for improper management. The product, called FreshStart Checking, gives those members a new start while teaching themhow to manage their checking account. The account is aimed atyounger members who are typically of modest means.
