DAYTON, Ohio – NCR Corp. announced Friday that its plans to spin-off its Teradata data warehousing unit will provide one share in the new independently traded company for each share owned in NCR. The new company will also be based in Dayton and be known as Teradata Corp. and Michael Koehler, head of the Teradata division, will be the company’s new CEO.
