ST. PAUL, Minn. - (04/18/06) Deluxe Corp. announced Mondayit has hired Lee Schram, a 44-year-old executive at NCR Corp., tolead its diversification from check-printer. Schram has a proventransformational track record and was instrumental in NCRsCheck 21 strategy, according to Deluxe, which is in the process ofintegrating the business forms business it acquired two years ago.Schram is currently a senior vice president of NCRs RetailSolutions Division. At Deluxe he will succeed Ronald Eilers, whohas served as interim CEO since November.
