The expansion covers more than 1.3 million parishioners, students and employees in Catholic churches in Columbus, Steubenville, Youngstown, Toledo and Cincinnati and is one of the biggest faith-based expansions ever granted.

That includes that any person who is baptized as a Catholic and resides within the Diocesan boundaries, which makes them a member of the Diocese, regardless of whether that person is a member of a parish.

"Our ongoing goal is to help members of the Catholic community achieve their financial goals and provide a faith-based experience every time members do business with us,” said Todd Turner, president of the $154 million credit union.

Ohio Catholic serves 16,500 members and is dedicated to education and committed to promoting the values of the Catholic faith.
