BRONX, N.Y. - (10/25/05) -- NCUA announced Monday it has closedthe tiny Korean-American Chamber of Commerce FCU and put it intoliquidation. The credit union had just $30,000 in assets and wasinsolvent, the federal regulator said. The credit union waschartered in 1979 to serve members and employees of theKorean-American Chamber of Commerce in the Bronx.
