LAS VEGAS – Nevada FCU on Friday said it has deployed Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlas and TotaleReceipts document management products.
The credit union has implemented TotaleAtlas, a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and creates a secure and non-editable PDF of the document with the signature embedded; and TotaleReceipts, which eliminates the need for pre-printed paper receipts by automating the output of teller transaction receipts.
The company says both TotaleAtlas and TotaleReceipts eliminate the manual scanning, indexing, storing and retrieving of documents.
