Wings Financial Donates To Airline Ambassadors
APPLE VALLEY, Minn.-Throughout the month of December, Wings Financial Federal Credit Union, donated $5 to the non-profit Airline Ambassadors for each new member joining Wings Financial.
Airline Ambassadors provides humanitarian aid to children and families in need as well as relief and development to under-privileged communities worldwide. They escort children, hand-deliver humanitarian aid to orphanages, clinics, and remote communities, raise public awareness and involve youth in humanitarian efforts around the world. Airline Ambassadors was founded by flight attendant Nancy Rivard in 1992. The group is, in large part, made up of pilots, ground crew, flight attendants and other people involved in the airline industry.
FedChoice Unveils New Platinum Visa Card
WASHINGTON-FedChoice has unveiled a new platinum Visa credit card, which it is touting as a way to consolidate debt and pay for everyday expenses.
With the VISA PLATINUM Rewards Credit Card, FedChoice members earn one Platinum Reward Point for each $1 they spend. Points can be redeemed to purchase gifts or merchandise for their home and/or office. In addition, travel-related purchases such as airline tickets, vacation packages and cruises are also available for purchase with Platinum Rewards points.
Catholic Federal Offers Unlimited Financial Ed
SAGINAW, Mich.-Catholic FCU announced a partnership with Accel Members Financial Management to offer members and their families' unlimited access to free financial education and counseling services.
The Accel program provides unbiased information and assistance to help members find solutions to achieve their financial goals. The program assists with personal and family budgeting; credit report reviews; money management; debt repayment; and avoiding bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession.

State Employees Introduces Mobile Banking
RALEIGH, N.C.-State Employees CU is introducing mobile banking to its members.
Through the mobile device's web browser, members can log into secure mobile access from the credit union's website, www.ncsecu.org. They can check account balances, view transactions, transfer funds between accounts and pay bills.

Mountain America Offers FinanceWorks
SALT LAKE CITY-Mountain America Credit Union launched a new money management tool that is free for members.
FinanceWorks, powered by Quicken, is an all-in-one tool for managing money. Members can access FinanceWorks through Online Branch, Mountain America's home banking system. From there they can budget and manage all of their accounts. FinanceWorks gives members access to more than 5,000 financial institutions so they can oversee all of their finances from one location.
