COLONIE, N.Y. – CAP COM FCU said yesterday it has acquired a branch in Glen Falls, N.Y., from Baxter CU of Illinois.
The $850 million credit union’s 11th Albany-area branch is located in the Glen Falls Tech Park and serves about 570 employees and family members of Navilyst Medical, a medical device manufacturer with a plant in the park.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
