New York’s State Employees FCU Donates $300,000 To Low-Income Job Training

ALBANY, N.Y. – SEFCU has contributed $300,000 to support the Unity House’s employment training programs.

Within the center, Unity House plans to create food service and retail employment divisions where clients can receive on-the-job training for careers in those industries.

The organization’s new training center will be named the SEFCU Employment and Training Center.

For 10 years, SEFCU, formerly known as State Employees FCU, has sponsored an annual carnival for children who participate in the Unity Sunshine Program. SEFCU also helps the Unity House's annual Adopt-A-Family program.
