LOUIS - (07/11/06)NewGround, a design/build andretail services firm serving the financial industry, has launched adiagnostic assessment tool, called WayPoint, that determines thealignment of senior management teams as it relates to anorganizations retail service delivery. Sponsored by the BAI,SAP, Accenture, ARGO, and Unisys, the assessment tool evaluates anorganizations brand, place, and culture and then graphicallydisplays the type of retail delivery strategy currently beingdeployed by the financial institution as well as the alignment ofmanagements individual perceptions. The assessment isconducted through a short, online survey that addresses theorganizations history, retail delivery platform andperceptions surrounding its brand, place and culture. BAI iscurrently using WayPoint to conduct a financial servicesindustry-wide perception study on what defines a uniquecustomer/member experience in retail banking.
