POWAY, Calif.–Lender Support Systems Inc. (LSSI), a provider of eMortgage enabled lending and loan servicing technology software, has entered into an alliance with Loan Score Decisioning Systems, a provider of automated underwriting solutions. Under the agreement, “LSSI and Loan-Score plan to couple synergistic products with one another to offer clients increased functionality by way of solution integration,” the companies said specific integrations between select products will be announced during the second quarter of 2008.

Solution To Optimize Cash Supply

ANCHORAGE, Alaska–Alaska USA FCU has selected Fiserv’s Integrated Cash Operations Modules (iCom) to optimize its entire cash supply chain for its more than 200 ATMs and 50 branch offices throughout Alaska and Washington. The $3.6-billion Alaska USA had been manually managing its cash inventories for both branch locations and ATMs. By selecting the end-to-end iCom Web-based cash management solution, the credit union can potentially reduce its cash flow and transportation costs by 20% to 40%, according to Fiserv, in addition to providing a complete audit trail to assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.

CUAC Launches First APS

HOUSTON–Credit Union Acceptance Company, LLC (CUAC) said it has launched its first Application Provider Service (APS) implementation with Credit Union Lending Systems (CULS). CULS will utilize the CUAC APS program to drive indirect lending applications from more than 300 Missouri and Illinois auto dealerships to the 31 credit unions it represents. “CULS will also be utilizing the CUAC CU Member Auto Center (CUMAC) car buying program.

State National Earns SAS 70

FT. WORTH, Texas–State National Companies, a provider of collateral protection insurance solutions, has completed a SAS 70 examination, performed by independent auditor Deloitte & Touche LLP. “The SAS 70 strengthens State National’s data security profile, adding to previous certifications the company has received from network security specialist Foundstone,” State National said.
