CO-OP Call Center Changes Name
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.-CO-OP Financial Services' in-house Fraud Service Center has changed its name to "Card Member Security." The goal, the company said, is to "better symbolize the call center's multiple functions and services offered to member credit unions and their cardholders."
CO-OP reported the service has lowered the false positive rate 40% below the industry average.

FSCC Releases CIMple Program
SAN DIMAS, Calif.-Financial Service Centers Cooperative Inc. has released "CIMple" to allow more CUs to access its shared branching interface. The solution includes a host of integrated services. FSCC said any credit union can sign up, including those that are not participants in shared branching.

Insurance Shopping Site Launched
MADISON, Wis.-Through its Member-CONNECT channel, CUNA Mutual has launched www.membersautohome.com, a public website for CU members who are part of the MEMBERS Auto Home Program to research insurance information from their own homes. Members can select their CU's name name from a drop-down list participants. Additional e-commerce enhancements will added soon.

Tarrant County Converts To TNB
DALLAS-Expanding on its 17-year credit card processing partnership with TNB Card Services, Tarrant County CU of Texas is converting its PIN and signature debit card processing and ATM terminal driving to the credit union-owned processor. TNB will now be the sole card processor for the credit union.

Training Courses Are Integrated
MINNEAPOLIS-Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has integrated its regulatory compliance training courses for financial institutions into Learn.com's LearnCenter online training platform. Under the terms of a joint-reseller agreement, Learn.com will provide banking professionals with access to more than 160 training courses designed by Wolters Kluwer Financial Services that focus on compliance and operational topics.
