CO-OP Offers ATM Marketing Tool

ONTARIO, Calif.-CO-OP Financial Services is providing CUs a means to more effectively manage their ATM screens and use them to cross-sell products and services.

"CO-OP ATM Content Manager is a user-friendly Web tool that allows credit unions to create, manage and deliver ATM screen messages on their own terms," said Kathy Herziger, CO-OP VP of product development.

Today, when a credit union wants to customize screens at an ATM, they either have to pay for development, schedule changes as part of database maintenance, visit the ATM to manually load graphic files, or pay a service provider to load custom graphics at the ATM. Mountain America CU in Utah has been using ATM Content Manager since January 2007 on its almost 80 ATMs.
