New Building Houses 4 CUSOs
RIVERSIDE, Calf.-Altura Credit Union recently celebrated the grand opening of a new, central location for its CUSO companies: Auto Expert; Amerit Escrow, Inc.; Patrion Insurance, Inc.; and Patrion Mortgage, LLC.
The offices for the various companies were in two main offices in Riverside County with some at Altura's Operations and Technology Center in Riverside, and another based in Temecula. Satellite offices are still in place for Patrion Mortgage. But, administration and operations for all four companies are now centralized at the new building, which is conveniently located between two busy freeways.
New Clients, Web Offering Launched
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-CU*Answers now has 115 Credit Unions using its CU*BASE System. These newest clients represent over 34,000 new members, with projected contract revenues exceeding $2.5 million. The latest additions include: Aberdeen Federal Credit Union in Aberdeen, South Dakota ($53 million); First Choice Credit Union in Coldwater, Ohio ($8 million); Iosco Community Credit Union in Oscoda, Mich. ($27.2 million); Lenco Credit Union in Adrian, Michigan ($39.3 million); Logan Community Federal Credit Union in Bellefontaine, Ohio ($11.6 million); Northern Hills Federal Credit Union in Sturgis, South Dakota $39.8 million); PCA Federal Credit Union in Rittman, Ohio ($12.2 million).
In addition to adding new partners, CU*Answers announced an initiative called "It's Me 247" to replace its CU
Things to come include: demographically targeted marketing, new navigation and a new look and feel with an updated development platform. The prototype will be revealed during the Web Services and Online Banking Focus groups conducted by CU*Answers in mid-April.
