SAN DIMAS, Calif-Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC) and Digital Dialogue announced that Meriwest Credit Union, San Jose, Calif., has signed on with Digital Dialogue to ensure its more than 74,000 members are able to access its products and services, no matter the time of day or their location. The $1.1-billion credit union is taking advantage of the Custom Call Center Outlet through the FSCC Shared Branching Network.

"Like all consumers, time-pressed credit union members are constantly seeking the easiest way to conduct their financial transactions. Harland and Synapse Partner

ATLANTA-As part of a new strategic partnership with Synapse Technology, Harland Financial Solutions will offer the SynapseEBM Pattern Evaluator Engine as part of its business intelligence suite.

Company officials said the SynapseEBM component enables financial institutions to detect when a customer or member is a likely candidate for follow-up with one of the financial institution's experts or communication channels.

These business intelligence and delivery components include software and professional services aimed at helping an institution with attracting, retaining, and organically growing its deposits.

FCUL Teams With SecureWorks

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-The FCUL Service Group has entered into a partnership with SecureWorks, a managed security services provider, to offer SecureWorks' information security services to Florida credit unions.

"Florida credit unions will have access to all of SecureWorks' services to secure their networks and ensure compliance," said FCUL Service Group, a subsidiary of the Florida league. "Services include 24x7 monitoring and/or management of virtually any security device including firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection devices, network devices, servers, etc. by GIAC-certified experts."

In addition, Secureworks provides encrypted e-mail services, vulnerability scanning and threat intelligence. Atlanta-based SecureWorks' professional services offerings will also be available including: security program development, compliance preparation/reporting, risk assessments and emergency phishing takedown services.
