eCU Technologies Develops UPost3.0
HARRISBURG, Penn.-eCU Technologies developed UPost 3.0, the latest version of its online deposit solution. Southland CU will beta test the new version in September with the product rolling out in November. UPost 3.0 will allow CUs to obtain as much information as possible in relation to the online deposit transaction from within the application.
eCU Technologies officials said it took suggestions from CU clients and made it easier to perform maintenance on items such as verbiage and the disclosures by allowing them to update those items through its administrative.

Ongoing Operations Opts For Teneros
HAGERSTOWN, M.D.-Ongoing Operations opened a new Disaster Recovery Center in Portland, Ore. Kirk Drake, CEO of Ongoing Operations, reports that the facility is 6,000 square feet of workspace and data center with each remote desk equipped with everything employees need to serve members. Marion and Polk Schools CU, Salem, Ore., Avantis CU, Milwaukie, Ore. and Central Willamette Community CU, Albany, Ore. have signed up for the service.
Ongoing Operations also signed an agreement to use Teneros as its disaster recovery solution for Microsoft Exchange. Ongoing Operations was founded to address business continuity options for CUs, addressing regulatory and compliance pressures.

Loanliner Adds First Mortgage
MADISON, Wis.-In response to feedback from CU customers, CUNA Mutual Group added first mortgage documents to LOANLINER. The product line has a core set of documents to support each step of the first mortgage lending process. Loanliner officials said it meets secondary market requirements and supports the most popular first mortgage loan originations including fixed, ARM, balloon, condo, PUD, 1-4 family, bi-weekly and second home.

Experian Unveils Fraud Solution
COSTA MESA, Calif.-Experian unveiled a fraud detection solution that integrates data authentication with consumer challenge questions to create the most comprehensive approach for detecting fraud and managing the associated risk. Knowledge IQ is in the Precise ID suite of identity authentication and fraud detection tools. Experian said it assesses risk by asking a series of questions to enable a client to assess the consumer's identity risk. When a consumer applies for credit, the Precise ID platform analyzes the applicant information and returns a score.
