D. Hilton Announces 2008 Survey

THE WOODLANDS, Texas-D. Hilton Associates is collecting data for its 2008 Executive Compensation Survey.

Participants will receive DHA's annual Executive Compensation Trends Report as it relates to formulating a competitive total compensation strategy. The report offers credit unions a competitive edge, exploring total rewards including base pay as well as incentives, benefits, and retirement programs. This is the same annual report that DHA's compensation clients receive to ensure their executive compensation programs remain competitive.

The survey has already been distributed to Human Resource professionals across the country and is also available to download at www.dhilton.com/compensation/surveys.aspx. The deadline for completed surveys is Sept. 21 and published results will be available in October.

DORT FCU Selects Diebold

NORTH CANTON, Ohio-Diebold said that DORT FCU in Flint, Mich. has selected the company's ImageWay Branch and ImageWay ATM solution as its offering of choice for implementation of check imaging within the credit union. The solutions will allow DFCUto extend imaging capabilities across channels for streamlined efficiencies and expanded offerings, according to the company.

Diebold's ImageWay Branch uses a secure, browser-based, thin-client system with image-capture software and hardware that allows financial institutions to automate deposits. Diebold officials said that by leveraging the technology developed in ImageWay Branch, financial institutions can lower their costs and accomplish branch-related objectives.

EPL Partners with Centurion

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-EPL, a credit union-owned integrated technology solutions provider, announced a new partnership with Centurion Inc, provider of interactive voice response and integrated in-house call center solutions. EPL will make available Centurion's IVR and IFCS communications solution to its CU customers. IFCS is a suite of member service call center products that provide tools for financial institutions to give the best possible out of branch experience and are integrated into the credit union's current telecommunications environment, website, fax services and EPL's
