CSSI, Strohl Renew Agreement
MADISON, Wis.–CUNA Strategic Services and Strohl Systems renewed an agreement to offer credit unions PLANet, an Internet-based business continuity planning and crisis management platform.
The deal also includes Strohl’s plan development, plan testing, plan evaluation, plan conversion, facility evaluation, and recovery readiness and review. The platform enables credit unions, with limited resources or expertise to build, maintain, and test BCP quickly and easily, the parties said, and helps CUs meet audit and regulatory requirements from the NCUA and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council related to BCP and disaster recovery.

Freedom CU Joins CUBC
SPRINGFIELD, Mass.–Freedom Credit Union inked a deal to join CU Business Capital, LLC (CUBC).
With the announcement, Freedom becomes a Tier II equity investor in CUBC, a business services CUSO. The partnership will allow Freedom to offer complete line of business services, including business loans/leases and SBA, business deposit products, business checking, credit and debit cards, remote deposit capture, commercial insurance products and more.

KY Corporate Offers EBP
LOUISVILLE, Ky.–Kentucky Corporate FCU said it will begin offering electronic bill payment (EBP) services to credit unions in Kentucky and eight surrounding states through a partnership with MY CU Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Mid-Atlantic Corporate in Middletown, Penn.
MY CU Services provides the back-end processing and the remittance of payments. EPB through MY CU Services is currently being provided to about 700 credit unions located in 49 states.
CFS Adds 3 Fee-Based Accounts
SAN DIEGO–CUSO Financial Services LP (CFS) has added three new fee-based accounts to the platform of products offered by its investment advisers to their credit union clients.
The CAM (CUSO Asset Management) suite, include CAM ETF (Exchange Traded Funds), Index Plus (Index Mutual Funds) and UMA (Unified Management Account). The new offerings complement asset management products already offered by the company and bring to ten the number of fee-based options available for CFS advisers and their clients.
Fee-based assets grew more than 50% in 2007 according to CFS.
