Wolters Kluwer Helps ARMs

Processing Content

MINNEAPOLIS–Wolters Kluwer Financial Services is helping mortgage servicers modify subprime adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) to make borrowers’ payments more affordable and avoid foreclosures through a standard, customizable set of documents and packages enabling servicers to freeze interest rates on existing ARMs for a specified period or modify those ARMs to fixed-rate or interest-only fixed-rate loans.

Wolters Kluwer said it can help servicers quickly implement loan modification programs that are compliant with current legislative or investor requirements and ensure rapid implementation of any new or updated requirements.
