MINNETONKA, Minn.-Datacard Group, the privately owned card services provider, has agreed to acquire Dynamic Card Solutions, the popular provider of instant card issuing solutions. The acquisition, which includes Dynamic Card's flagship CardWizard software, strategically expands the Datacard portfolio of end-to-end instant issuance solutions for banks, credit unions and retailers. Dynamic Card has deployed CardWizard software in more than 5,500 locations. Dynamic Card is the leading instant issuance provider for Visa and MasterCard debit cards worldwide, while Datacard‚s systems are used to personalize the vast majority of the world‚s financial cards, with more than 10 million cards are issued daily with Datacard systems. Datacard Group plans to maintain Dynamic Card‚s staff and a facility in the Denver, Colorado area.
