FCUL Teams Up With eZforex
TALLAHASSE, Fla.-FCUL Service Group Inc. partnered with eZforex, a provider of foreign currency, foreign travelers cheques, foreign wire transfers, gift cheques and foreign drafts.
Using eZforex, members can avoid high fees and conversion rates from debit and credit card companies, ATMs, banks, airports, hotels, and other currency exchange outlets. Withdrawing $100 from an ATM in a foreign country can incur up to a 9% currency conversion rate and most credit cards charge at least 3%.
eZforex offers non-interest income from selling foreign currency and competitive exchange rates based on wholesale rates in a credit union's surrounding area. In addition, members may opt to return unused foreign currency at the same rate.

Arrowhead Selects Cardiff
CAMBRIDGE, England-Cardiff, a division of Autonomy Corp announced that Arrowhead CU is using Cardiff TeleForm to automate the processing of its member and market research documents. Arrowhead used manual processes for its paper-based market research and member satisfaction surveys.
With Cardiff, Arrowhead can now process twice the number of documents with superior accuracy, speed and efficiency, the firm said. Formtran, a leading solutions provider and long-time Cardiff partner, implemented the TeleForm solution for Arrowhead.

TNB Signs Three CU Clients
DALLAS-Service First FCU of South Dakota, First Alliance CU of Minnesota, and Employees CU of Texas have switched to TNB Card Services for credit card processing.
Service First FCU serves Minnehaha, Lincoln and McCook counties through five branch locations in the Sioux Falls area of South Dakota.
First Alliance CU, celebrating 75 years of service this year, serves a five-county area around Rochester, Minnesota. Employees CU, a 55-year old institution, serves employees and family members of businesses within a 10-mile radius of either of its two branches located in Dallas and Carrollton.
