DUBLIN, Ohio – Ohio HealthCare FCU said it has installed Hyland Software’s OnBase enterprise content management system to increase process efficiency and enhance member service. The $32 million credit union is leveraging OnBase across its three branches to keep pace with its growing membership. Employees of the credit union use OnBase to scan, index and archive documents such as new member applications and loan applications to decrease processing time of documents and increase member satisfaction.
