KEARNY, Ariz. – RAY FCU has hired Adam Perlman, who started his credit union career as a volunteer on the credit committee, as president of the $5.5-million credit union for miners.
Perlman, who was the manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for the Credit Union Association of New Mexico, was still working as the interim CEO of Chino FCU in Silver City, N.M., and traveling back and forth between the two jobs.
