One-Time Protégé Named To Head New York’s First Heritage FCU

PAINTED POST, N.Y. – First Heritage FCU said its long-time CEO Arthur Field is retiring and will be succeeded as head of the $310 million credit union by his former protégé Daniel Rourke, the president of nearby Olean Area FCU.

Field has headed the one-time Ingersoll-Rand employees credit union for the past 20 years.

O’Rourke has been president of Olean Area FCU since 2003, after working as a top executive for First Heritage the prior 10 years as operations administrator, vice president of information technology and senior vice president.

The credit union now serves a three-county community of Chemung and Steuben counties in New York and Tioga County in Pennsylvania.
