CHANTILLY, Va. – Online Resources Corp. announced it has completed the acquisition of Integrated Transaction Solutions, a Columbus, Ohio-based online payments processor, for $45 million in stock and cash. ITS is a leading bill service provider to receivables management companies and utilities. Online Resources, which acquired Princeton eCom for $190 million last year, handles web-based financial services for 2,700 financial institutions, billers and credit service providers.
