CHANTILLY, Va. - (02/17/05) -- Internet services provider OnlineResources Corp. said net income for its fourth quarter rose to $1.2million, or six cents a share, from $425,000, or two cents a share,for the same period last year. Revenues rose 9% for the period to$11.4 million. As a result, net income for the fiscal year climbedto $5 million, or 25 cents a share, up from $2.7 million, or 17cents a share, for fiscal 2003. Full year revenues increased to$42..3 million, from $38.4 million last year. The fourth quarterresults do not include any revenue or expenses from IncurrentSolutions, which the company acquired on Dec. 22.
