CHANTILLY, Va. – Online Resources Corp. yesterday reported a third quarter profit of $1.1 million, or four cents a share, compared to a loss of $3.4 million, or 13 cents a share, for the third quarter last year. The company, which acquired Princeton eCom electronic bill payment services last year, reported a 21% rise in third quarter revenues, to $34.2 million. For the first nine months of the year, the company reported a $9.5 million loss, or 34 cents a share, even as revenues for the first three quarters rose 56%, to $97 million.
