Online Resources Raises NewCapital

CHANTILLY, Va. - (04/06/05) -- Online Resources Corp. said itraised about $43 million with the sale of 5.2 million common sharesat $8.50 each Tuesday. The company plans to use the proceeds fromthe offering for general corporate purposes, including financingpotential acquisitions. The company also priced 405,000 shares at$8.50 that were issued to owners of Incurrent Solutions, part ofOnline Resources' $15 million acquisition of Incurrent lastyear.
