CHANTILLY, Va. - (08/17/05) Online Resources Corp. said itis restating its financial statements for the past three years toreflect unclaimed bill payments it did not previously account for.The restatement will lower the companys earnings by a pennyin each of the first two quarters of this year, five cents for2004, and by four cents in 2003. Unclaimed bill payments aregenerally paper checks that remain uncashed byrecipients.
