The $2.8 billion credit union hired Paul Stednitz, a longtime resident of the area, to oversee the opening and management of all three branches as Central Oregon vice president and regional manager. Stednitz worked for 14 years at Liberty Bank in Bend, most recently as senior vice president and regional manager.

OnPoint Community, the state’s largest credit union, reported a $4.2 million net for the first quarter of 2010 and a $28.4 million net for 2009.
