PORTLAND, Ore. – OnPoint Community CU said Friday it hired James Hunt, a former senior vice president for finance for Washington Mutual, as its new chief financial officer.
Throughout the past 22 years, Hunt served in a number of management roles with WaMu and Fleet Mortgage Group, which was purchased by WaMu in 2001.
OnPoint is the largest credit union in Oregon, serving more than 194,000 members and with assets of $2.5 billion.
The proposal is part of what SEC Chairman Paul Atkins calls his "Make IPOs Great Again" agenda.
