GLASTONBURY, Ct. - (07/26/04) -- Open Solutions Inc. announced Fridayit has acquired Omega Systems Corp. of North America, a Dryden,N.Y.-based company specializing in remittance and lock boxsolutions. Under the terms of the deal, OSI will pay $2.5 millionin cash for Omega Systems, its third acquisition this year.Earlier, OSI agreed to acquire EastPoint Technologies and re:Member Data Services. Omega Systems offers a product line thatintegrates image capture remittance processing with archive andretrieval and allows for ACH and Check 21 processing.
