A random search of 'credit union' at MySpace.com revealed that ...

Employees talk about their CUs ...

* "I found the video footage of our credit union CEO. Remember how we thought that dude was on crack? I STILL think so. He no longer works at the credit union and is a regular customer at the bank I'm employed at. My coworker has a HUGE crush on him. I'm seriously considering gifting her the video footage..."

* "I have been working in a Colorado Springs-based credit union for the last 13 years. I love my job."

* "I'm thinking about throwing in the towel here at the credit union and opening up my own deco/craft shop!"

* "I am in the Finance department at my credit union doing the whole grown up 8-5 thing."

* "Your boss will dance so hard, he will injure himself, his cousin will quit, and you will take over, allowing all employees full access to myspace in the credit union."

Members talk about their CUs ...

* "The credit union had so kindly pre-approved me for a $10,000 loan to consolidate my debt. My current payment is $254 a month; the new payment would be $116 a month. A savings, right? No, the current debt is at 8%, the new loan they offered is for 9.784%. To say you want to encourage saving by spending more is wrong. If they want to encourage saving they would offer better deals with savings accounts."

* "And just one more thing... MY credit union can kick YOUR credit union's ASS."
