Last week's PALS Conference, organized by NCUA Board member Deborah Matz, was a big success, even before the appearance of Sen. Hillary Clinton.
The conference, one of about a dozen planned around the country, was a great opportunity for credit unions, both big and small, to share their stories on how they are succeeding in reaching out to the underserved.
