CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Patriot FCU announced last week it paid its 40,000 members a special membership dividend for the first quarter, totaling $500,000. Interest posted to savings accounts were increased to 1.5%, retroactive to January 1, 2007; and, in addition, members received another bonus dividend equal to 5% of total dividends earned on all share accounts. Also, members who have qualifying loans received an interest rebate amounting to 10% of the interest paid in the first quarter.
