BOULDER, Colo.– Motorists will be able to feed their parking meters by credit card or by phone, under a system being test-piloted here over the next 90 days. For users who have created an account through Verrus Mobile Technologies, payments can be phoned in and bill to a credit or debit card. A driver can simply phone in to extend the meter, if it is set to expire. When the meter has run out the driver will get a text message.
