Members of the credit union who have their paychecks and other payments directly deposited into their NASA Federal Premier Checking Line account will be able to access the funds one day sooner than usual. For some members, including NASA employees, money from direct deposits could be available up to two days in advance.

"Members with Premier Checking will find they have more control over their finances, increased flexibility, and will enjoy better rewards than their previous checking," said Doug Allman, president of the $1 billion credit union.

As part of NASA Federal's new Premier Checking Line which launched this week, the free EarlyAccess Payroll feature allows credit union members to get their money even faster. Members will now have access to their direct deposits or ACH transfers up to one day earlier, and for some members, including NASA employees, money from direct deposits could be available up to two days in advance.

"We developed EarlyAccess as an innovative way to provide NASA Federal members greater control of, and access to, their money during these challenging economic times," said Allman. "One day or more can make a big difference to those on tight budgets and facing financial challenges," said Allman.
