The limited-time bonus point offer is in addition to the five points on airfare purchases and one point on all other purchases that members already earn every time they use the card. The minimum purchase is $10 and the maximum is $250.

PenFed said its Premium Travel Reward points program offers 25% more value per point than almost all other travel and frequent flier programs when redeeming for airline travel.  Additional features include a new, variable 9.99% purchase APR, no annual or foreign transaction fees, and no caps on the rewards cardholders can earn.
