HARRISBURG, Penn. – Pennsylvania State Employees CU has begun providing its members with their FICO score online as a component of the credit union’s home banking system.
It is being made available to any member with a checking account or credit relationship with the credit unions, which is approximately 200,000 of its 340,000 members.
Members can also view their FICO score in graphic form and eventually members will be able to view a rolling, 12-month history of their FICO. The credit union said it is encouraging members to sign up as an "easy way to monitor your credit health," and as a way to monitor identity theft. Greg Smith, president of the $3.2 billion credit union, said it is also providing information on how members can improve their credit scores.
