Pentagon FCU Adds Fiserv Image-Enabled Mortgage Processing

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Pentagon FCU yesterday announced it has signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s Nautilus Enterprise Content Management system to provide its growing mortgage operations with image capabilities.

Processing Content

The $11 billion credit union will use Nautilus with UniFi PRO loan origination system and the Fiserv Loan Servicing platform, both of which already are running at Pentagon FCU. Nautilus will route image files under predefined rules and prompt staff to perform routine tasks as part of standardized workflows.

Nautilus is used by more than 500 financial institutions.
