ALEXANDRIA, Va. & Tukwila, Wash. – Pentagon FCU announced yesterday it has joined with Prime Alliance Solutions, the provider of mortgage solutions for credit unions, to charter a national title insurer, a first for credit unions.
"Prime Alliance Title, LLC brings us another step closer to lowering the cost of homeownership for credit union members," said Frank Pollack, president Pentagon FCU, one of the leading mortgage lenders nationwide among credit unions.
"Credit unions are best when credit unions work together," said Joe Brancucci, CEO of Prime Alliance, a CUSO started by Boeing Employees CU, known as BECU.
The new title company is starting operations in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida and Colorado and is pursing licenses in several other states.
