MSU FCU, East Lansing, Mich., promoted Lea Ammerman to VP of branch operations and elevated Sandra Blanken to VP of contact center.

Mike Magnavita was appointed President/CEO of State Financial Network, Broomall, Penn.

Fort Sill FCU, Fort Sill, Okla., welcomed Cheryl Crow as VP of administrative operations.

Brant Wolf was appointed to complete an unexpired term on the board of Salem, Ore.-based MaPS CU.

Marge Kazz, management consultant for the Credit Union Association of New York, received accreditation as a CU Development Educator.

Mutual Savings CU, Birmingham, Ala., promoted Kendall Speed to executive vice president.

Doug Allman was elected chairman of the board of CO-OP Financial Services while Terry Laudick was named Vice Chair/Chair-Elect, Doug Ferraro tapped as Treasurer and was named Patsy Van Ouwerkerk as Secretary. Allan McMorris and Jeff Napper joined Ferraro in winning their first terms to the board.

Western Division FCU, Williamsville, N.Y., announced its new board and supervisory committee members. They are: Ellen Christy as board chair, Jeffrey Wagner as vice chair, Christine Newhouse as Secretary, Warren Tulowitzki as Treasurer and Jerome Siewierski, Samuel Loquasto, Harry Kaczmarek, Francis Markle and Leo Bain as members. Peter Seitz is chairman of the supervisory committee, which also includes Ann Marie Spellman, Deborah Philpott, Robert Brown and Suzie Mazella.

Jim Wendler was re-elected as board chair at America First CU, Ogden, Utah, while Ed Kline was also re-elected as vice-chair and Linda Carver as secretary. Barney Chapman, Tom Connors, Kenlon Reeve and Michael Roden were also all re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors for three-year terms.

The Golden 1 CU, Sacramento, Calif., brought Donna Farley on board as branch sales manager of its San Luis Obispo location.

George Sauer, a board member at Chartway FCU, Virginia Beach, Va. was recognized at a celebration of National Volunteer Recognition Month.

Fermin Dorado was elected to the board of El Paso Employees FCU.
