The Minnesota CU Network has restructured, with most significant changes coming in the separation of the Network's not-for-profit and for-profit operations. The league named Kristina Wright VP of association services and hired John Ferstl as VP of its Network Service Corporation. Mara Humphrey continues as VP of governmental affairs.

GCS FCU, Granite City, Ill., named Mike Sturman assistant mortgage lending manager. Also, Steve Selby, one of the CU's branch managers, was named chairman of the Southern Illinois Chapter of Credit Unions.

Ent FCU, Colorado Springs, Colo., promoted Curt Marjaniemi to director of systems integration and named Kathy Bohannon business banker of the credit union's northeast cluster of service centers.

Mortgage Builder Software, Southfield, Mich., tapped Steve Brunworth to manage its sales effort for the company's western region.

LoanSifter, Appleton, Wis., hired Al Ogrodski as senior developer.

St. Mary's Bank, Manchester, N.H., appointed Bruce Winter to loan operations manager.

Gayle Stark joined Aberdeen ProvingGround FCU, Aberdeen, Md., as VP of marketing.

Dr. Dorothy Huston has been elected to chair the Huntsville, Ala.-based Redstone FCU's board of directors. She succeeds Charles Ray, Jr., who retired after leading the board for 28 years.

Thomas Joyce was appointed VP of overseas operations for Service CU, Portsmouth, N.H.

Valley CU, Salem, Ore, promoted Stephen Pagenstecher to VP of member relations.

SECU, Linthicum, Md., named its 2010 Employees of the Year: Kevin Kesecker, Michelle Taylor, Silesha Sawyers, Glen Burnie, and Ron Waters.

COMPASS 4 CUs, Woodbridge, Va., welcomed regulatory compliance expert Kristen Tatlock, formerly of the Virginia Credit Union League.

Consumers CU, Kalamazoo, Mich., promoted Scott Sylvester to COO and Steve Howard to CFO.
