MIDDLETOWN, R.I. – The $381-million People’s Credit Union has selected COCC to provide it with a new core solution.
Among the features of the new solution that will be deployed by People’s CU are an intelligent CRM solution that automatically tracks and reports member contacts via all business channels and makes it viewable across all levels of the credit union. COCC said the credit union also will have to core processing Apps that deliver additional functionality.
COCC is based in Avon, Conn.
