PEORIA, Ill. Phone service was restored at CEFCU’s headquarters yesterday following a widespread AT&T outage on Monday that caused disruptions to the credit union’s online, mobile banking, Money Center 24 ATMs and Fast Track Teller machine services.
“While CEFCU’s phone systems have returned, members calling CEFCU may experience high wait times due to increased call volumes,” CEFCU said in a statement. “CEFCU thanks members for their patience with the situation and apologizes for the inconvenience.”
