MOON TOWNSHIP, Penn. – Clearview FCU said yesterday it completed the merger of A-K Valley FCU, a $60 million credit union in nearby Lower Burrell.
As a result of the merger, all of A-K Valley’s nearly 9,000 members automatically became members of $730 million Clearview, formerly a credit union for U.S. Airways employees.
Clearview will pick up four branches in the deal in Lower Burrell, Natrona Heights, the Alcoa Technical Center and the Emerson Process Management.
