LONGVIEW, Texas - (10/29/04) -- The Texas FCU has a new tenant; thelocal chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police. The police unionunveiled its new headquarters this week during a ceremony honoringone of its own, Officer Justin Windham, who wrestled a gun awayfrom a mugger last week. The credit union rented the office spaceto the police union and its 70 members for $1 a year. The newheadquarters will include administrative offices, a meeting room,video lounge, and recreational facilities.
